Opis kursu:

By demonstrating various options for managerial conduct in situations of stakeholder conflict participants gain and enhance their reflective capacities and leadership skills. Participants will be motivated to take up different perspectives and realize that stakeholders have legitimate claims even though they may be in conflict with each other and often cannot be fully aligned. Compromise is therefore necessary. In order to respect the equal moral validity of conflicting claims all parties must try to provide for dialogical situations where argumentative power supersedes factual power.

In addition, this course allows participants to practice their debating and presentation skills and strengthen their ability actively participated in the academic and public discourse on corporate responsibilities and the purpose driven organization.
