Since the second issue in 2018, the magazine has been published in the form of thematic issues. It presents texts concerning current phenomena in the management of public and private cultural institutions as well as independent and non-governmental projects. The authors focus on both noticeable organisational trends, as well as ways of formulating culturally impactful messages and the ability to respond to the aesthetic demand of contemporary society. "Culture Management" is a space for developing an innovative and courageous discussion, which is open to new methodological paths in dealing with the issues of organising, financing, creating and receiving culture in Poland and in the world. The journal is published quarterly.
