Her research interests revolve around the issues of time management, diversity management, inclusion processes and educational leadership. By studying the sphere of culture organisation, she seeks to diagnose the efficient techniques, methods and tools in time management. She perceives the denouncing of discriminatory mechanism, counteracting social exclusion and building diversity policies within organisations as an essential goal of her research activities.
