Her main research interests are the organisation and management in the cultural sector, with particular attention paid to the issues of leadership, democratisation of management processes and the role of diversity in the functioning of an organisation. She is interested in the role of marginalised groups, especially women, in management (leadership in feminised organisations), mechanisms to stimulate the involvement of various stakeholders in the development of culture organisation. Currently, the contemporary issues related to the role of communities and societies in the functioning of an organisation, self-organisation and creating networks intra- and interorganisational constitute an important area of her research interests. Member of the UGEN network associating researchers in the field of gender studies.
